Ultrasonic welding creates a precise, high-integrity connection between the conductors and terminations by using high-frequency vibrations to bond the materials without solder. This minimizes the addition of dissimilar materials and unnecessary mass, preserving signal integrity, and creating a highly durable, mechanically stable connection.
