Shipping and Return Policy
We ship only within Canada. We ship by Canpar, FedEx, UPS or Canada Post.
Items will be shipped on weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday may be shipped out the following week.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee! (Unless Defective)
Items purchased on our website may be brought back to our address or shipped back to us in Vancouver. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping and for any items lost in the mail.
Stock items purchased on our website may be returned within 10 days of receipt, or exchanged within 30 days for items of equal or greater value. Returns must be in original condition accompanied by all packaging and accessories.
Sale or Clearance items are not refundable, unless defective.
Shipping costs will be reimbursed during the exchange period for items under warranty deemed to be defective upon our inspection.

For hygienic reasons, there are no returns headphones.
There are no returns on open styli or cartridges.
There are no returns on discounted, clearance, or sale items.
There are no refunds or exchanges on special order items.
