Located outside Glasgow, in an area that's also home to Linn Products and Tannoy Ltd. — Fyne Audio got off to a fast start. Only three years after the company's 2017 founding, Fyne already has distribution deals in 50 countries and offers 24 products in seven series.
What is the secret of their success? There's a clue on the company's homepage, which claims "more than 200 years of experience" among Fyne employees: The founders are a core group of former senior managers from Tannoy Ltd.
Fyne F500 Bookshelf Loudspeaker
An out and out purist audiophile design, the standmount or bookshelf F500 speaker utilises a single 150mm (6″) IsoFlareTM point source driver in a compact, ported cabinet. Offering precise imaging and intimate detailing, the F500 is ideal for small to medium listening rooms. Incorporating a down-firing port, bass energy is evenly dissipated into the room with our BassTraxTM Tractrix diffuser system.
The luxuriously finished, contemporary styled cabinet is available in a choice of dark oak or black oak real wood veneer and piano gloss black or white. Enhancing its aesthetic appeal, it has a gently curved front and rear baffle which additionally benefits the acoustic performance by reducing colouration effects.
