Typical high-performance analog amplification comes at a cost: unreasonably high levels of energy dissipation. In a world first, Devialet's ADH hybrid amplification delivers all the refinement of Analog amplification (Class A) with all the power and compactness of Digital amplification (Class D). The improvement of the control algorithm between analog and digital makes it possible to achieve extremely fine and precise high frequencies, reaching up to 35 kHz on Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB. Energy management is optimized, and thermal dissipation improved, extending the amplification’s maximum performance.
HBI® Heart Bass Implosion
Developed for Devialet Phantom, HBI® (Heart Bass Implosion) technology reaches deeper into infra-bass in an ultra-compact speaker environment. Built to perform under extreme pressure, two lateral woofers thrust together in an airtight architecture; the sheer thrust force behind their combined movement taking things right down to infrasound.
