Designed specifically to do one thing only. The CXC spins CDs and retrieves the audio data with perfect precision so you can hear things that you’ve never heard before in tracks you’ve heard 100 times. And thanks to its all-digital outputs it works in perfect harmony with DACS or amplifiers that contain Digital inputs.
The CXC uses Cambridge's renowned “S3” servo design, (used in their $2000+ CD Players) and it has class-leading levels of jitter rejection and error correction – no multi-purpose drive is able to compete with the the CXC’s levels of precision and stability.
